A Certified Public Accountant, Nick received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Indiana University in Bloomington.

Nick began his professional career at a national CPA firm providing audit & assurance, income tax preparation and other accounting services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Nick joined a local CPA firm in 1998 to focus on audits and consulting for small and medium-sized businesses. In 2009, Nick then joined Shawwn to form what is now Agresta, Storms & O’Leary PC.

Nick is married with three daughters and resides in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Shawwn Storms, CPA

A Certified Public Accountant, Shawwn received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in Bloomington and his MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

Shawwn began his professional career at a regional CPA firm providing audit and assurance services. Shawwn then spent several years in internal audit, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions at Hillenbrand Industries. In 2001, Shawwn joined a local CPA firm in Indianapolis as a manager, providing audit, accounting and consulting services to various closely held businesses.

After becoming a partner in 2006 and serving in that capacity until 2009, Shawwn helped formed what is now Agresta, Storms, & O’Leary PC with a focus on traditional accounting and consulting services for entrepreneurs and their businesses.

Shawwn is married with three daughters and resides in Batesville, Indiana. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys attending his daughters’ sporting events, but you might find him cheering on his alma mater.

Thomas E. Potts, JR., CPA

Tom is a 1979 graduate of the University of Indianapolis where he majored in Accounting and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting & Economics.   Shortly after graduation, Tom opened his own CPA firm named T.E. Potts & Associates.  Tom’s introduction to ESOPs came in 1999 when he began working on his first ESOP transaction.  Since then, he has been involved in numerous ESOP transactions.  He has designed, implemented and monitored ESOP transactions, and acted as their independent fiduciary.  Tom has provided independent fiduciary services for ESOPs throughout the United States.  Since every ESOP transaction is dramatically different, his experience and resources are invaluable.
